Leading Voice for Health Care Sharing

The National Health Care Sharing Association (NHCSA) is the primary national trade association for the Health Care Sharing Industry. NHCSA promotes and protects the viability of health care sharing for the benefit of members, consumers and sharing organizations, with a focus on future advancement. NHCSA members represent all sizes, structures, and regions—serving families, communities in the United States.

 

NHCSA serves as a proactive industry advocate, thought leader and promotes NHCSA’s principles of good stewardship to all stakeholder groups, policymakers through the work of our outreach teams across the country. 


Key Initiatives are driven by NHCSA members and include, but are not limited to:
 

-Protecting and promoting health sharing organizations and ministries; 

-Promoting and advocating the benefits of health care sharing to consumers; 

-Promoting and advocating the benefits of health care sharing to membership groups; 

-Bridging the understanding gap in the public awareness; 

-NHCSA operates the TrySharing program and website as it's primary source for connectivity to membership and consumer advocate groups; 

-Fostering industry innovation and technology in a responsible way; 

-Supporting and facilitating comprehensive industry standards for our members to adhere to and present as a unified industry to state officials. Facilitating discussions and advocating for open markets and regulatory standards that recognize  and support regulation that protects consumers and help create the largest, most competitive, and financially sound health care sharing market in the world; 

-Engaging in with the national medical community to expand access and understanding of health care sharing. Leading to mass acceptance, adoption and cooperation with the industry.  Providing network access that creates ease of service acceptance and recognition in the medical provider community; 

-NHCSA has secured and manages a relationship with the Member First Health Network to provide education and connectivity to the medical industry for our ministries/organizations members to have easier access to facilities, providers and services.
